Tanya Downer – Little Steps Room Lead

I have been a Nursery Nurse since 2011 and I have my Level 3 NVQ in Childcare. I am the Room Lead for the Little Steps room at Little Stepping Stones Day Nurseries. I have previously worked in a baby room for 2 years. I really enjoy working with the younger age group, but also enjoy working with all ages. I particularly enjoy getting to know each & every child and helping them settle into nursery life and developing new skills.
